Please read these terms carefully before using drxFampay
By accessing or using the drxFampay API service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including registered developers and API consumers.
drxFampay provides an API-based payment verification service that allows developers to generate UPI QR codes for receiving payments and automatically verify payment confirmations through Gmail email scanning. The service integrates with FamPay transaction notifications to provide real-time payment status updates.
To use our API services, you must create an account with a unique username, strong password, valid Gmail address, Google App Password, and your UPI ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You may only create one API key per account.
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, using the service for fraudulent transactions, distributing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, scraping our API excessively, reselling API access without authorization, and using the service for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
Our service verifies payments by scanning Gmail inboxes for FamPay notification emails from no-reply@famapp.in. We only process emails that begin with "You received" to confirm valid payment transactions. For payments from external UPI apps (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), you must use the UTR verification endpoint. For FamPay-to-FamPay transfers, use the Transaction ID (TXN) endpoint. Each UTR and Transaction ID can only be used once - duplicate submissions will be rejected.
Our service requires access to your Gmail inbox using a Google App Password - a secure, revocable credential provided by Google. We only scan emails from no-reply@famapp.in. We do not read, store, or process any other emails in your inbox. Your App Password is encrypted in our database and is never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time by changing your App Password or removing it from your Google Account.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, API errors, or delayed payment verification.
drxFampay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for failed payments, incorrect verification results due to email delays, or any financial losses incurred through the use of our service. You acknowledge that payment verification depends on third-party services including Gmail, FamPay, and UPI infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked and access to the service will be immediately blocked. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our updates channel.
